The production line is equipped with a series of automated production equipment, covering key processes such as product assembly, welding, dispensing, and locking. The main equipment includes:

• Automatic SMT machine: used for precision mounting of PCB boards, supporting high-speed and high-precision component placement.

• Reflow soldering/wave soldering equipment: Complete the soldering process of PCB board to ensure that the solder joints are firm and reliable.

• Automatic dispensing machine: used for product sealing, fixing, and waterproofing processes.

• Automatic screw locking machine: realizes fast locking of product shells and components.

• Automated assembly line: including conveyor belts, robotic arms, etc., to achieve automated flow of products from semi-finished products to finished products.

To ensure product quality, the production line is equipped with comprehensive testing equipment, covering the entire process of incoming material inspection, process control, and finished product testing:

• AOI optical detector: automatically detects solder joint defects on PCB boards, such as short circuits, virtual soldering, and insufficient soldering.

• ICT online tester: performs electrical performance testing on PCBA, detecting component short circuits, open circuits, and parameter abnormalities

• FCT functional testing equipment: Simulate the actual working state of the product to verify whether all functions are normal.

• RF testing instrument: used for testing signal strength, sensitivity, and other parameters of wireless communication modules such as Bluetooth/WiFi.

• Airtightness tester: tests the sealing and waterproof performance of the product.

• High and low temperature test chamber: Verify the working stability of the product in extreme temperature environments.

• Aging testing equipment: Conduct long-term electrical aging on finished products to screen for early failure products.
